How We Did Our First Build-1
So,
Recently we posted our first build wich is available for downloading. It's just amazing feeling to see your game working and doing all things you prepared for such a long time. However, there's long way to do finished and lokished game.
It took us about one mounth or two to create such thing from the very begining. Concept didn't change much as we wanted to do a lovely story about two creatures reforming their conncect and feeling deeply incomplete. We knew that we're doing game in setting of mess and prints of human's presence. Also we wanted to create sense of depth on the users's screens.
The feature we refused was time-travalling. It's a litlle bit more connected with solid fine concept of the world of the game than with technical issues. In this verse of the concept you needed to roll the level to structure and streamline. It was somehow connected with the speed which the Chaos had. Luckily, we gave up with this idea before we faced with problems. In this verse of the concept you needed to roll the level to structure and streamline
Also, our final vision is much less chtonic and monstrous than we were planning from the start. We took animation of Ivan Maximov as reference as we very appreciate his work, but his style is too bright and in the work process we almost lose our animator's uniqueness.
Next week we will tell you more about from what we started and to where we're going.
Stay tuned!
